Sunday Gravy is a Sicilian thing. It's a pasta sauce, but it has a much more complex flavor than simple marinara. Ingredients include a tomato base, along with lots of herbs and spices. Tutto Tuffo is an Italian BBQ sauce. Yes! It's a unique Italian barbeque sauce. It is sweet, with a sassy red pepper kick and it's good on all kinds of meats, fish and poultry - Think ribs, chicken, chops, burgers, salmon, fried fish, etc. Unlike typical BBQ sauces, it's also good on vegetables! The sweet/spicy contrast of Tutto Tuffo elevates coleslaw and roasted or sautéed vegetable dishes and it is lovely on scrambled eggs. Note: If you grill with it, put it on your meat for only the last 10 minutes because it will burn quickly.
